Stepping Stones FriendsGiving Feast Raises $71k for Healthy Children Initiative
Stepping Stones Museum for Children in Norwalk hosted the first-ever FriendsGiving fundraiser on Saturday, November 12th to launch a new era of the Healthy Children, Healthy Communities® initiative. More than 100 guests were treated to an exquisite, Thanksgiving-inspired harvest meal created by Chef Justin Walker of Earth at Hidden Pond in Kennebunkport, ME, his wife Danielle, who also manages Earth, and a talented service team, including students from Johnson & Wales University. Norwalk Mayor Harry W. Rilling and his wife Lucia Rilling were among those who attended.
