Open on the first Saturday of every month from 1-3 PM except for July 7^th of 2012.  ---   Services include: Health Education, Health Counseling, Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar Checks, Cholesterol Screening, Asthma Management & Education, Dental Screening, HIV/AIDS Information, Alcohol and Drug Prevention, Diabetes Counseling, Pregnancy Counseling, Parent/Child Health Education, and Healthcare Referrals.   ---   On most days, patients can also see a doctor or dentist.   ---   All patients are offered spiritual counseling and prayer.   ---   Location:  277 Main Street, Hartford, CT 06106   ---   Please call 860-241-WELL (860-241-9355) or visit www.faithcare.net to volunteer or to be seen as a patient!    ---   The sessions are walk-in or appointment based.
