Norwalk, CT - The Norwalk Public Library is pleased to present a four-part series, “Edward VII, ‘Uncle of Europe’ ” by historian and reference librarian Dr. Mona Garcia. Known for her ability to make history come alive, Mona will introduce Edward VII, the son and heir of Queen Victoria, who waited fifty-nine years to become King.
