“The Memorial Day Parade is a wonderful tradition in our town,” said Michael Jehle, executive director of the Museum “We are encouraging everyone who attends the parade to picnic with us at the Museum and bring a picnic lunch or buy great hot dogs and burgers from Kiwanis and enjoy a full afternoon of activities, along with the opportunity for a self-guided walking tour with our new signs. “Try your hand at some water-balloon games, enter a watermelon eating contest and pick a partner for the three-legged race. It’s a great way to relax with friends and family. Our museum gift shop will also be open for buyers who are seeking unusual gifts at great prices and with some great bargains. © Copyright by ShorelinePlus.com.
