DEEP: All state park beaches open except one

According to the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection all state park beaches - on the shore and inland - are open today and for the upcoming weekend, with the exception of Pachaug-Green Falls, Voluntown, which continues to remain closed due to low water levels.

One State Park Beach – Chatfield Hollow, Killingworth - had been closed but is reopening Thursday morning after test results showed water quality there is suitable for swimming.
