The two-week survey, which will run June 4 - 18, will be available through the Library’s website, www.fergusonlibrary.org. There will also be limited paper copies. The questionnaire will be translated into Spanish, Russian and French/Creole, and should take about eight minutes to complete. Questions include queries on library usage, how satisfied patrons are with library programs and services, and which resources are most important to them. There are also a series of questions for non-users to help us better identify which services potential library users want. The survey will help The Ferguson set spending priorities, and help guide decisions on materials, programming, hours and other library operations. The survey is being conducted by Berk Consulting, a Seattle-based company that recently completed a survey for the Greenwich Library.
