Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

Enhance the mind-body connection through the ancient and most healing form of yoga, Kundalini. It can help you control your mind and life, making your body and spirit strong through Kriyas which are powerful, beautifying, age defying poses developed for each part of the body and many health problems. Bring peace to yourself in this class and your presence will radiate who you are, as you make this practice part of your life. These classes encompass all levels of yoga by incorporating modifications, and live music is part of each class.

About The Workshop Instructor

Leesa Sklover, PhD, LPC, CMT, IKYTA, a licensed counselor and Kundalini yoga teacher, is a pioneer in Integrative Medicine. She trained with Gurmukh at Golden Bridge in New York and Los Angeles and provides music therapy, imagery and visualization for the New Milford Hospital’s integrative medicine program.

In practice for over 20 years, she has created workshops and lectures to encourage exuberance and resilience, including composing and performing original music and an off-Broadway musical.
