Danbury, CT - Western Connecticut Medical Group has appointed Guillermo José Ballarino, MD, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Specialist, as part of a full-service physician team with expertise in pulmonary, critical care and sleep disorders serving patients throughout Western Connecticut Health Network. Dr. Ballarino completed a fellowship in pulmonary medicine and critical care and an internal medicine residency at George Washington University, Washington, DC. He also completed post-graduate training at the Hospital Privado, Centro Medico de Córdoba, in his native Argentina. Dr. Ballarino earned his medical degree from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, and a bachelor’s degree from Instituto Secundario Bernardino Rivadavia, Villa Maria, Argentina.
