International consulting company relocating to First Stamford Place

STAMFORD, CT - Vesta Partners, LLC, an international business consultancy focused on enterprise asset management, has signed a lease to relocate its headquarters to Malkin Properties’ First Stamford Place in Stamford, Conn., announces Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of Malkin Properties, the marketing and management agent for the three-building, 810,000-square-foot office complex.

Vesta Partners will take occupancy of 3,604 square feet on the fifth floor of 300 First Stamford Place for a term of seven years. The firm is moving from a Stamford building which is located much further from the Stamford Transportation Center. Malkin Construction will build out the new space for the tenant.

“With our prior lease coming up for renewal, we chose to investigate other options in the Stamford market and found high quality, top amenities and a great location at First Stamford Place, which is in such close proximity to the Transportation Center,” says Carl D. Graves, CFO at Vesta Partners. “We also appreciate Malkin Properties’ reputation for attentive tenant management. We look forward to a long and fruitful tenure at First Stamford Place.”

“This marks the second international company to lease a headquarters space at First Stamford Place in the past month,” says Mr. Newman, referencing Malkin Properties’ recent deal with maritime brokerage MJLF & Partners. “We’re happy that First Stamford Place is continually recognized as a viable hub from which companies conduct international business productively and efficiently.”

Vesta Partners, with offices in Europe, Canada and Australia, focuses on utilizing the most up-to-date and relevant technology in an effort to aid its clients in cultivating solid business practices, grounding its efforts on measurable and operational financial results.

Mr. Newman, senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino and leasing associate Tara Long represented the landlord in this transaction. The tenant was represented by Gerry Lees and Maureen O’Boyle of Cushman & Wakefield.
